Larry Boyd was born August 29th, 1950 in Houston, Texas. He became interested in playing the guitar in elementary school watching his older brother play, who would later buy Larry his first guitar. It wasn’t until graduating college he became seriously interested in writing and playing. And play they did! During the 70’s and 80’s Larry was lead singer for several bands in Central Texas.

Today Larry is still a serious songwriter while he works as an inspector in the petroleum industry. He now resides in southeast Oklahoma with his wife and three children (puppies.)
