Story Behind The Song
I suffered a psychotic episode and I also suffer from ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis). Commenting on this, a friend described me as being like a hero. This kind compliment inspired me to write a song recognising heroes we find in our day to day lives.

The Hidden hero is someone who does good things that we can all recognise and appreciate in our daily life. He's realistic and unsung, until now. The song starts cool, collected and solid, stylish with lyrical depth and develops with upbeat electronic elements being added later.
