Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media has resumed pitching tracks to a
production company currently working on multiple projects. Top
tracks will be considered for usage in client's productions as
well as other projects within their control (TV/Film/Commercial). Music
directors/catalog managers are reviewing tracks from independent
artists/publishers and composers who have commercial-ready music for the
following scenarios and moods (Productions may include period pieces):
- Outdoor Adventure/Action (All Applicable Genres)
- Suspense/Tension (All Applicable Genres)
- Party Scenes (EDM/Dance/Pop/Urban/Rap)
- Romance (Indie Rock/Americana/Folk/Singer-Songwriter and Ironic
Throwback Classic Rock)
- Opening & Ending Credits (Contemporary Top-40 Style and Modern
Instrumentals)
GENRES ACCEPTED:
Not genre specific. Tracks need to fit the emotional qualities given
above. Orchestral/Classical, Country, Singer-Songwriter, Rock, Metal,
Alternative, Indie Rock, EDM/Dance, Hip-Hop, Rap, Instrumentals, World
Music/Cinematic, Industrial and Cross-Genre music welcome. Music must have
a unique sound, energy, emotion and be appropriate for the requested
moods. Music directors are seeking something fresh and bold.
Submission Criteria
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
- Tracks must be well-produced, professional, and ready for commercial play.
- Tracks must be appropriate for public performance.
- This is a non-exclusive one-time license. No rights are signed.
COMPENSATION:
Final usage rate will be decided by Production company, dictated by
duration of track usage, placement in the production and act/artist draw
(MFN applies). All details will be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by
copyright owners in writing once final tracks are approved. No transfer of
assets will occur.
Artist and/or label and publisher retain all ownership and receive
compensation directly via the Production Company. Details, deal memos,
terms and conditions will be provided to those who make the final cut.
Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not meddle in contracts or
financial transactions. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media only curates
top lists for the Production Company's consideration. If selected, your
professional contact information and all metadata will be passed along to
the deciding parties.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media. All tracks that match the submission criteria will
then be passed along to Music Supervisor/Production company decision
makers for consideration. If selected by the company, Doug Diamond /
Diamondigital Media will then provide contact information to complete the
process directly with the production team.
*There are no additional fees once an artist is selected, only the
submission fee listed below. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not
take cuts from sync licensing payouts. Artists/Representatives are
responsible for their own financial transactions, contracts, taxes, etc.
NOTE: Even if you are not selected for this opportunity, you may be
considered for future licensing.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- A streaming link of your song (for producers to stream). No
file-delivery or FTP.
- WAV file/MP3 and metadata (once reviewed and selected for broadcast).
