Story Behind The Song
It was created one day when I was playing my guitar. It's use of the Locrian mode of the major scale is where it's name comes from. In my mind the title March of the Locrians can refer to any fictitious beings, including Aliens. It definitely has an alien Syfy feel to me.
Song Description
The song starts off open and loose before the groove begins to creep in. It then becomes very powerful and dark. After it's verses or it's form has been played through, a very unusual and interesting guitar solo is played. After it's resolve, the verse is back. It ends with a crashing sound of strong dissonant chords.
