The song started out with the chorus lyric, "crazy cowboy love, like the wild west, lose your head, not your thunder." We pictured a young woman, exultant and defiant as she falls for a wild, mad love that's bigger than her. But all the while she's hanging onto a core certainty of her own strength and inner power.
