Story Behind The Song
I came up with the concept of the song after noticing the trend of songs about sports teams by major artists like E40 ( Choices - Warriors mix, Niner Gang), Tech N9ne ( Red Kingdom) and System of a Down ( Go Kings Go) and I wanted to cash in on the trend. I reached out to him on Instagram and told him about my idea and he was immediately ready to work on it.
Song Description
The Padres are the last remaining professional sports team left in San Diego. The city loves this team but we did not have a signature to play at our stadium, just like the Red Sox have Sweet Caroline, I want Padre Gang to be the song that gets the whole stadium hyped for our home team.
