Story Behind The Song
Time For A Change was conceived in a dream-like state just waking up and was orchestrated because it fit the concept of the Reflections CD that I was working on to create songs that on the theme of that time in a person's life when they start to reflect on what life is all about and what they have accomplished. It's also written as a dramatic film soundtrack piece of music. It was arranged especially for harmonica duo featuring Tom Stryker, virtuoso harmonica soloist and his friend who conducts a popular orchestra in California.
Song Description
Time for a change is a tense and heated piece of music based on the theme of reflecting on one's life and ends on a fade-out of all the instruments except the solo chime, representing death and the final curtain.
