Story Behind The Song
This song was inspired by my work as a teach of an adult class in songwriting for for a community college. However, the story is fictional. I am including the song in my new musical revue titled Karaoke Nights, which inspired me to write a TV sit=com pilot of the same name.

Lyrics
NIGHT SCHOOL female version
Hey, baby, you got the blues?
Your mama won't let you see me after school.
I've got an idea, I think is cool.
Just tell your mom you've signed up for night school,
CHORUS
and I'll teach you, what you need to know.
Anything you like, I can show you how.
Just come over to my class
and I'll teach you right now.
Lesson number one is hold me tight.
You can't flunk out. Class will last all night.
Lesson number two is give me a kiss.
If you follow your instructions, baby, we can't miss,
CHORUS
and I'll teach you, what you need to know.
Anything you like, I can show you how.
Just come over to my class
and I'll teach you right now.
Lesson number three is fall in love.
It won't be hard, just give me a shove.
If you follow the rules, you're going to pass,
but if you're bad you'll stay after class,
CHORUS
and I'll teach you, what you need to know.
Anything you like, I can show you how.
Just come over to my class
and I'll teach you right now.
