Story Behind The Song

Mark P. Case wrote the lyrics. I met Mark at a film-makers meeting where he was preparing to shoot a film. He and I made a film together. He wrote How To Date Beautiful Women and I produced it and wrote all the music for the soundtrack. His lyrics inspired the music for this song.

Song Description

They say the eyes are the Windows to the Soul. In this song the singer is looking into the eyes of their lover and realizing that their love is over. At the same time, the lover comes to the same realization. Their is no anger in this song; that's just the way it is. But there were shared memories so the this is a poignant moment for the soon-to-be ex couple.
