Story Behind The Song
Revenge Bedtime Procrastination is what happens when you're so busy during the day that you have zero downtime, and instead of going to sleep, you stay up and do the things you want to do, like watch a movie or whatever. This song probably went through more name changes than the others. At the time I was really finishing this one, I was also re-learning how to manage my life without the use of benzo drugs. I thought back to a really great psychologist, Dr. Charles O'Leary, who helped me through my hardest times. And one of the stories he told me, was the story of a man with intense panic disorder who had to drive his friend to the airport during a storm. So what happened? He drove his friend to the airport. It seems so silly and meaningless unless you've been there, but there's a strong message about overcoming panic in there, and there's just not enough space to really get into it fully here.
