Story Behind The Song
I wanted to write a love song without using the word "love". I chose the feelings brought about by raindrops, snowflakes and moonbeams to describe kisses and the touch of fingers on the skin.

Lyrics
raindrops
I touched your hand for a moment
and the moon lit up the night
one by one the stars came out
and danced across the sky
and maybe it's too much to ask
for anything like that to ever last
but somehow I wanna feel that way again
ch cause it was like raindrops
on my skin
it was like moonbeams
shimmering
it was like snowflakes
on my face
It's just impossible
to try and put you into words
every rhyme and reason
every poem i've ever heard
and any attempt on my part
to try and say what's in my heart
I just keep coming back to these three words
repeat chorus
br oh let me just take you in
oh let me just start again
imagine this if you can
ch cause you were like raindrops
on my skin
fingers like moonbeams
in my dreams
kisses like snowflakes
on my face
repeat chorus
