the song sounds a lot more like retro adult contemporary with a nice rock edge in the choruses- but not enough like modern alternative rock to compete strongly in that genre in my opinion.

Nice contrast between stanzas and chorus. Good balance with instruments and vocals. Really like the interlude, stood out in the song.

I really think this song has potential, this sounds a little like an 80's type rock or early 90's. Very unique. I think the piano is a great add to the song! It reminds me of Aerosmith. Great job!
