Story Behind The Song
A member of my extended family had died suddenly, and too young, so the song is about how the parents must feel having lost their child. On a rainy Saturday, I sat down at the piano and literally wrote this song as fast as if it were already finished and playing out of speakers. The music, lyrics and melody came rushing out of me at once. It was almost to hard to take.
