He has a career that spans thirty years, from tours with U2, Bob Weir ( Bobby & The Midnights), Stevie Ray Vaugan and Little Feat. Along the way he has writing credits with Steve Cropper ( Blues Brother & Booker T & the MG's ), John Shanks ( Sheryl Crow, Keith Urban, Alanis Morrissette ), Jason Schef ( Chicago) and Dave Edmonds ( Rock Pile). Michael ONeill has created a signature sound with his Roots-Country-Rawk . Now touring his new record on ST Music "Ain't Leavin Your Love". Michael has been sharing stages with the talents of Jim Lauderdale, Buddy Miller, Hayes Carll, and The Derailers all pioneers in the Americana Music movement ( www.americanamusic.org ).
