Lyrics

The Clouds are drifting by, in the cool October sky.
The sun may not bring light, to the path on which we ride. In the distance of our day, our time just dissapates.

What was it that you were here for?

When the birds that circled round, become vultures on the ground, if you're waiting for a meal, would it change the way you feel? When the camera takes your shot, can you live with what you got?

What was it that you were here for?

In the darkness of our night, do you think that we can find a light that shines so bright, brings meaning to our lives; then rain starts pouring down, clearing a path to solid ground?

What was it that you were here for?

Can we walk a narrow line, balancing all the time,
the horrors of this life, with the love we have inside?
Can we make a change, or will life just stay the same?

What was it that you were here for?
