Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song for my nephew when he was a baby, after he fell asleep in my arms while being mesmerized by the fish in my parents' fish tank.
Song Description
This is a fun song about fishies and what they do all day long. It starts out like a lullaby and builds into a rock tune.

Lyrics
La la la. . .
Fishies. . .
fishies swim
in the rain,
in the wind,
in the pond,
in the sea,
in a bowl for you and me.
They swim around the tank.
And then they swim around the tank some more.
They swim around the tank.
And then they swim around the tank some more.
Fishies. . .
fishies swim
in the rain,
in the wind,
in the pond,
in the sea,
in a bowl for you and me.
They are orange
and they are blue.
They are red
and yellow, too.
They are green
and they are black,
but they don't like to wear hats!
Fishies. . .
fishies swim
in the rain,
in the wind,
in the pond,
in the sea,
in a bowl for you and me.
They live in the water.
Do you like peanut butter?
And they swim all day long
while we sing this pretty song.
Fishies. . .
fishies swim
in the rain,
in the wind,
in the pond,
in the sea,
in a bowl for you and me.
La la la. . .
