Lyrics
Liquid Kansas
Liquid Kansas, liquid Kansas,
You wash every shore, with your waves of blue,
You wash every shore, with your waves of blue.
Solid ocean, solid ocean,
You flow in the wind, with your fields of gold,
You flow in the wind, with your fields of gold.
Step into your verdant green oasis,
Tiny speck of life upon a sea of sand,
Land upon your island filled with orchids,
Tiny speck of life surrounded by,
Liquid Kansas.
Orange moonrise, orange moonrise,
Dress with evening clouds, mocking Saturn?s rings,
Dress with evening clouds, mocking Saturn?s rings,
Eclipse sunrise, eclipse sunrise,
You wink at the earth, with your little friend,
You wink at the earth, with your little friend.
Step into your verdant green oasis,
Tiny speck of life upon a sea of sand,
Land upon your island filled with orchids,
Tiny speck of life surrounded by,
Liquid Kansas.
