Lyrics
Verse 1;
I sit by the sea and wait for you,
In the distance a fog horn sound.
Off the point is the glow of the light house shining as it beacons another round.
Lost in the fog, I sing for you.
With the light and the sound all around...Shore to Ship.
Chorus;
Shore to ship I sing for you,
As my song fills the ground clouds around.
Shore to ship I sing for you, may your sail be homeward bound, Shore to ship!
Verse 2
A Nor-Easter breeze stirs this starless night, may it guide your way to shore.
The sea is a lady who demands respect, hope this sail has fared thee well.
Lost in the fog, I sing for you.
With the light and the sound all around...Shore to Ship.
Chorus;
Shore to ship I sing for you,
As my song fills the ground clouds around.
Shore to ship I sing for you,
May your sail be homeward bound...Shore to ship...
Shore to ship ...
Shore to ship ...
Shore to ship ...
