Throughout each year I have a habit of looking back to where I came from I notice that positive changes that happen in my life due to simply listening to someone else advice. Understanding that there are many different perspectives and many different ways to get to the same successful goal. Some roads are quicker and easier than others. Something as simple as listening can is the beginning of moat people's successful decisions. So why is it difficult for most people to follow such an easy concept?
