Story Behind The Song
Brian has always had a heart for God, but turned from him for a rock and roll lifestyle of drugs and rebellion. This song came after going to rehab, surrendering himself to God and repeatedly saying the prayer, "not my will, but yours be done,Lord". He also prayed for a godly woman. His prayer was answered in his wife who is one of the blessings he sings about.

Lyrics
Verse 1
I'm racing at God speed
Eyes bursting to find God's pathway
Look to the season
It's time for the reason
Bow down and pray
Chorus
And if theres a path to walk down
Well I've got desire for reason
If theres a place to go where God comes in, let us know
I've got the time and I'm dying for the reason
And I'm reaching God's faith, God's faith
Uh-uh-um
Verse 2
Changes of season
His divine beauty is the reason
I bring to you, something
His love is so mighty strong
To him I write every song
Bow down and pray
Chorus
Bridge
Your gifts of the season
Remind me of the reason
I come to you with blind faith
(You don't have to prove a thing to me)
Repeat 4x
Your gifts of the season...
