Story Behind The Song
I had an EMT instructor who asked if my husband and I might play something for their 25th wedding anniversary celebration. I wrote "Two Hearts, Two Lives, One Dream". I recently edited this song to this recording of "One Dream".
Song Description
Each of their lives , no matter how far apart, winds around to their finally meeting, recognizing this is the one.

Lyrics
One Dream
How could I I know, how did I know that you'd be mine
Was it just an oddity on us a lucky star would shine. Two
sweethearts lost and searching, impossible it seems ,holding
tight and tenderly to One Dream. One
Dream it's a matchmaker's scene. Two
hearts two lives, One Dream Tell me
what is the key to this old mystery, we cross
mountain and sea for One Dream . Each
at one end the golden thread, grows shorter day by day. Thru
years of sunny noons and midnight moons they make their way.
No surveyor's compass nor sailing Captain's chart,
holding to One Dream two worlds apart Per-
haps the architect of loves fragility thought
happy endings a necessity One
Dream it's a matchmaker's scene. Two
hearts two lives, One Dream Tell me
what is the key to this old mystery, we cross
mountain and sea for One Dream Tell me
what is the key to this mystery, we cross
mountain and sea holding tight and tenderly, it's a
matchmaker's scene, One Dream
