This is one of the most unusual songs I've heard. Original and somehow very unsettling. There's so many jagged edges. All the disparate pieces somehow fit together. I love the way that incidental instruments emerge from the mix and disappear, including the sax-like synth at the end, and the toy piano type sound that comes and goes. I love the rhythm changes and the "every day" sense of the lyrics. Truly original.
