Lyrics
Haunted House
A super white dude just walked through the room
And exited through the wall
I'm not usually the type that's all gloom and doom
And I really thought I'd seen it all
But, this is freaky, this is scary man
I'm trying hard to handle it, doin' the best I can
Spooky things are happening, books are flying off the shelves
It's all I can do not to turn white myself
I'm finding things where I never left 'em
I hear footsteps when nobody's home
These ghosts are weird I don't really get them
Don't know what they want
Why won't they leave me alone?
I hear cackling down in the basement
Sounds like there's a party upstairs
I'm gonna call up my real estate agent
They can have this place, in fact it's already theirs
Now, I'm staying out 'till early in the morning
They got me even standing outside in the rain
They come at night man, and they don't give me no warning
Yo, this crazy house is driving me insane
Before they came around here I was doin' OK
You know, I had mostly everything going the way that I wanted
But, now I got to leave, there 'aint no way I'm gonna stay
This house is full of ghosts
I'm telling you it's haunted
I'm finding things where I never left 'em
I hear footsteps when nobody's home
These ghosts are weird I don't really get them
Don't know what they want
Why won't they leave me alone?
I hear cackling down in the basement
Sounds like there's a party upstairs
I'm gonna call up my real estate agent
They can have this place, in fact it's already theirs
Help me, Oh help me!
Don't know what to do with this poltergeist
Help me, come on and help me!
It's an ugly sight, I'm turning white with fright
I'm finding things where I never left 'em
I hear footsteps when nobody's home
These ghosts are weird I don't really get them
Don't know what they want
Why won't they leave me alone?
I hear cackling down in the basement
Sounds like there's a party upstairs
I'm gonna call up my real estate agent
They can have this place, in fact it's already theirs
Creaking boards, knocking pipes, I can't ignore these creepy types. Musical chairs, flowers in the attic, footsteps on the stairs, they're so dramatic!
