Story Behind The Song

Sometimes only after we have lost someone do we realized how much we love them. This song was written as a dedication to my partner of 17 years. We were best friends and colleagues and I never thought that there would be a day that I had to spend without him being right there for me. Nothing can ever fill that void.

Good intro here leading into the vocals.
Reminds me very much of The Winner Takes It All by Abba, it's just like a song they would come up with in terms of song structure. It has a country twist in terms of instrumentation so would definitely categorise it as a country song.
The vocals are excellent, very pure clean tone and hitting the notes perfectly.
The song structure is good and a good length.
