Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song after one of those relationships where you breakup over the stupidest things seemingly every second day...(The days in between we were getting back together) This went on and on until I finally said "If you're leaving you have to GO AWAY!" ...this seemed to work.
Song Description
This song has a jazzy feel to it. When I play it I always imagine I'm a dried-up lounge singer in a smokey bar somewhere. Although it seems like a pushy, "girl-power" song at times, the underlying message is one of just being too tired to keep trying.

Lyrics
Nobody
Vs1
I don't need nobody to love
I'm doing fine just as I am
I know you think you got me figured out
What I need, what I can do without
But you're wrong and baby I don't need your love no more
Vs2
I don't want nobody to hold me
Cause I'm too tired anyways
I hear you say that you know I'll be back
...when I'm cold, when I'm lonely
Oh no, you're wrong and baby I don't need your love no more
Bridge
They say that love is what you make it
would you look at this mess we've made
I'm not gonna wait around here to save it
If you're leaving boy you've got to go away
