driving down a narrow country road on the left I'm passing the ubiquitous speed limit sign. I wasn't doing speed so I paid no heed but I glanced.. 1 followed by two zeros.. hmm.. WHAT!!?? ..100km PER HR!!!?? Joke surely??? There's no stretch long enough to get close before you're off the road and upside down in a pile of cowshite.
