Song Description
I saw a young and beautiful girl sitting all alone looking sooo sad and lonely. I walked up to her and struck up a conversation with her and soon got here to smile and talk with me. This song is about that experience... I saved these lyrics for a long time collecting dust..Then in 2010 I recorded a solo album and included a slow version of this song...Then in 2013 ,while clowning around with the band, we started playing a groove with a rock/ Rolling Stones feel, and I just started singing the lyrics to 'Juli"..and the rest is history..

Julie
Don't you ever smile?
Could I talk to you a while?
The worlds not really all that bad
So don't you let it get you down.
So come on and try
With your soft brown eyes
To take away the pain
For your smile could bring
The sunshine that melts the falling rain
Julie
You couldn't imagine
How much better you could feel
If upon your face
A smile was placed
To cover up that silly frown
So come on and try
With your, your soft brown eyes
To take away the pain
For your smile could bring
The sunshine that melts the falling rain
