A friend of mine was going through a ruff time in their life. Then got fired for what my friend felt like was personal failings. In the morning they were found dead. The song is me placing myself in their shoes, in the middle of that night.

While going through the night, psychologically losing one way on the way to morning. Hoping that in the morning light one will find ones way once again.
