Story Behind The Song
As a first year student in sixth grade at the middle school Emily had some obstacles to overcome. First one was with a teacher who gave Emily a hard time. Emily was so stressed at the thought of making any mistakes during this particular class thus provoking the teacher to raise her voice at Emily.
Emily second obstacle was unfortunately bullying. She was being bullied by a classmate for her new friendship with a girl.
Having both of these experiences Emily wanted to write a song about being put "Under Pressure" at school and with frienships. Emily feels many young adolescents will be able to identify with the lyrics of this song.
