Story Behind The Song
Originally written to be the opening of an oratorio inspired by the Iraq War.
This piece stands on its own as a representation of the power of love in the face of conflict.
Song Description
rolling ostinato harp like gentle ocean waves, overlaid with live romantic violin & deep viola lines. Gradually getting more frenetic, as the flute and drum enter with a military tatoo that suggests conflict, but which is eventually resolved.
