I just wanted to write a Love song, yet that reminded us of Lena Horne Era OF Jazz.

Song Description

There was just a love song growing within my mind, that comes from the 1940 jazz era. i remember thinking, how am i gonna get the music, that will bring this song to life. i had written the song, without music. i was working with an awesome band at the time, i just wanted this song to be big. so I had concerns about the steps towards original composition. however, the magic was real. the song just came to life. "Don't Walk Away" is a step back in time. yet, with a modern feel. Enjoy!
