Story Behind The Song
The story behind the song.
My sister passed away last year from a severe neuroinvasive West Nile virus infection. She was an amazing person who always seemed to put others before herself. She lived a life that really did make this world a better place. I wrote this song in honor of her. RIP Kristin.

Lyrics
Through the dark the night descended
On this fragile journey from divine
Living in a world with jagged edges
Staring through a veil that clouds our eyes
Let it be you
When I use my hands
Let it be you when I'm singing praises
And I dance the dance
Let it be you
When I move my feet
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
At the heart of all creation
God loved the world and gave His son
His life a perfect revelation
How to live our lives and how to love
Let it be you
When I use my hands
Let it be you when I'm singing praises
And I dance the dance
Let it be you
When I move my feet
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
Letting go and letting love in
Open up and let our love light shine
We can share a little piece of heaven
When its you thats pouring through our lives
Let it be you
When I use my hands
Let it be you when I'm singing praises
And I dance the dance
Let it be you
When I move my feet
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
Let it be you
When I use my hands
Let it be you when I'm singing praises
And I dance the dance
Let it be you
When I move my feet
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
Let it be you Lord not me
Everybody sees
