Too Late

I wake up in the middle of the night, to see if you're by my side
But you're not there, you just don't care, so I lay there and I cry
When I come home from a hard days work, I greet you with a smile
Little did I know that even so, you were angry all the while
Chorus:
Well..... I need you to need me. But don't know how to show you that I'm worth
Holding, on to. And hope it's not too late
You walk away, you don't stand by me. And never hold my hand
But when you go, I miss you so, please help me understand
You say you need your space and so you hide yourself away
And though you say you need time to think, it gets harder every day
{Chorus}
You moved away, you wouldn't stay.... To try and work things through
And now you're gone, it seems so wrong, but it's what you want to do
And now you have your space and all you think about is you
If you'd only seen that you were all I always thought about too
Ending:
Well... I needed you, to need me. But didn't know how to show you
That I was worth holding on to and now it's just too late
Outro:
I needed you to need me but didn't know how to show you that I was worth
Holding on to And now it's just to, now it's just to, now it's just too late!
