Broke up with a longterm boyfriend that I still loved, because I realized it wasn't meant to be. He turned around and got engaged a few months later. It definitely hurt, as I was still on the mend. After all that, though, I knew I had made the right decision. I am glad I could finally put how I felt into words and music.
