Story Behind The Song
I'm a recovering addict, so most of my songs, and especially this one, are reminders to me of how I got clean and sober, and are there to help others as well. I wrote the first verse and chorus in about 10 minutes. It's like I couldn't stop the pen.
Song Description
This is a song about letting go. A call to those who are struggling with guilt and shame in any area of life, but including drug addiction, and alcohol abuse.
