Story Behind The Song

After being asked for the third consecutive gig to play "Happy Birthday" for someone in the audience -- a real set-killer -- I realized that there are very few options out there in the birthday genre, and none that I knew of that could be identified with by the huge demographic who don't LIKE having birthdays. So I sought to fill that void.
