Story Behind The Song
One night while I was with fellow artists and producers, the topic of stereotype came up. I thought of a flyer in which it illustrates how easy it is for the Urban youth are easily influenced by the "Fishermen" of various industries. The poster is very detailed, and illustrated the point very well. The song is from the perspective of a youth who is not influenced, but has to fight through the Urban jungle every day because he is not "cool" enough. The way the track is produced was to use instruments, and sounds not commonly used anymore. I used the "whining" sound to lock onto your mind, and make you want to listen over and over.
