Story Behind The Song

This song was inspired and written after the loss of my father. It took me quite some time to get the "place" in my heart that I could summon up his presence through the memories I keep of him, though sometimes when thinking about him, it feels as if the loss feel so new, I wonder if I will ever get past the ache.
