A friend challenged me to write a song for the winner of American Idol so I thought about all the hard work and rejections that have to be endured before acheiving the dream and how it would feel to actually acheive the dream. The song also would fit nicely for a Wedding...especially someone who has been through so much hardship before finding true love.
