The vocals are dynamite!!! The instruments are great. The harmonies are great!! The vocals remind me of Green Day. The arrangement is excellent. The mix is top notch. I really like this song. This first 45 seconds or so of this song had a refreshingly familiar throwback "green day" feel. As the track progresses, it evolves into more of a touching, yet upbeat balled. The best part is that this unexpected transition was perfectly smooth. It was a wonderful transition that I wouldn't have even noticed or been able to appreciate if I wasn't a musician myself.
Nice intro. Great sound quality...really well recorded. Strong lead vocal and good use of backing vocals. The musicians are really tight. Lovely guitar work. Great drumming and bass. The bridge is just right and I like the slower acoustic interlude at the end of the bridge.
