Story Behind The Song
Autumn Leaves is a song about how beautiful it is for a tree's leaves to change colour in the Autumn and how she disrobes every year in preparation for her new dress to appear the following Spring
Song Description
I wrote this song with also an analogy of a beautiful woman disrobing and feeling naked and vulnerable and then she dresses in this beautiful dress of gold to re-invent herself once more.

Lyrics
Autumn Leaves
1st Verse
She sheds her skin down from the sky
Falling leaves, watch them fly
To shine again
She has to fade away
She slides her dress down to the ground
And as it falls you won't hear a sound
She slowly turns
Her face in to the wind
Chorus
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining down, down, down
2nd Verse
The evening Sun lays her to bare
The winter calls but she won't care
To shine again
She has to fade away
Beneath her feet lies a dress of gold
The morning mist, it feels so cold
She slowly turns
Her face into the wind
Chorus
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining down
Autumn leaves are raining
Down, down, down
Down, down, down
