Masterful piano playing highlights this evocative piece. It reminds me of the ocean, a peaceful ocean at twilight, with just enough "ominous" to make it somewhat foreboding. Nicely done. Expressive and emotion-filled performance.

This piece honestly does remind me a bit of Debussy as he experimented with the piano. Has a hint of Berio as well...

very ethereal and serene...I had a mental image of the last ice of winter slowly melting in the spring sunshine...and a time lapse photo sequence of the first seeds breaking out of the melting snow reaching for the sun...in my mind this reflective soundscape is excellent for movie or television background use or for advertising use...

Not sure what the context is here but I could imagine this working in a flashback/memory sequence. Love the reverby background piano.

Love everything, especially dimmed or sometimes not so dimmed background pedals and clusters.
I was afraid to hear traditional strings in development, but you managed to avoid that! As a result, that cold Arctic ice got untouched.
A little bit of sun after 02:41 adds slightly new colors, but organ point again takes the mood of the piece in it its hands.

This piece begs to be used in a documentary film.
