Story Behind The Song

One summer morning when driving home from a very magical all night session at Sound City (LA) the words, beat and melody (of the 1st verse) just came to me. I jumped in the pool made some coffee and wrote the rest of the song in about 45 minutes...and then I went to sleep.

Song Description

Nurture vs. nature as in what I was taught and what I learned on my own. Don't make your goals too lofty because if you don't make it the let down will be your demise.
