Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song to remind myself that I had a family life and that I needed to make decisions that would keep this life strong.
Song Description
A woman, maybe me, was performing at this club and that, hoping her songs would catch the attention of Nashville. But this happen and she became aware that she was wandering around and that it was likely that she was not going to be a star-and life was going on.

Lyrics
Wondering Woman
When I was only seventeen I wanted to be a star.
I joined a country western band, singing and playing guitar
I must have gone a million miles, but never got too far,
Riding in a rundown bus playing bar to bar.
And I am a wondering woman playing from town town,
Looking for a man who'll help me settle down.
I need someone with his feet on the grounds,
Cause I'm a wondering woman who is tired of wandering round.
I've lived my life like I was a rolling stone.
But I'm getting harder to make it on my own
I've got a yearning to find myself a home,
But these old wheels keep turning, like they've minds of their own.
And I am a wondering woman playing from town town,
Looking for a man who'll help me settle down.
I need someone with his feet on the grounds,
Cause I'm a wondering woman who is tired of wandering round.
Now you're looking at me like you think that I'm a star,
Just cause I'm up on this here stage singing and playing guitar,
But I'd gladly change with you and stand where you are,
If I could only settled down, stop playing bar to bar.
I'd gladly trade with you and stand where you are,
If I could only settle down, stop laying bar to bar.
