Story Behind The Song
The title comes from a Sherlock Holmes story by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It refers to the elliptical orbits of the planets as described by German physicist Johannes Kepler. It was apparently a topic of discussion between Watson and Holmes on a slow afternoon.
