This is a instrumental with wah-ed electric guitar mimicking the lead vocal style of Howlin' Wolf within a slow tempo emotionally gut wrenching delivery of a minor blues. A little quirky but along the lines of Quentin Tarantino's use of guitar instrumentals but bluesy instead of surfy.
