Story Behind The Song

It's generally about falling into grief for years, struggling with mental anguish and living only in memories and dreams.. at the end of which you find hope and, depending on how you interpret the chorus, must choose to go on or give in to it.

Song Description

An earlier version of this track got me a finalist position in the UK Songwriting Competition 2006, instrumentals section (yay!). The chorus of the song for this track goes as follows: "In the depths of grief, you will find the height of hopes; In the cold of death, you will feel the warmth of life.". The rest of the lyrics is still pretty lame.. hopefully I'll get to complete it before I give in :).
