Story Behind The Song
This song was inspired when a friend of mine lost her partner suddenly. I began to wonder how on earth she would continue on and it made me question how I would feel in the same situation.

Lyrics
1/ I don't know, how to go on from here , don't know.
Stranded in our half-written story
Left to write the rest, on my own
I watch the dust dancing in the sunlight, On it's journey to the floor,
I hear every little tick of the clock, Even though my world stopped
When heaven called you home.
CHORUS: I never believed in angels
Now I know I've got one of my own
I'm gonna need you to whisper to me
If I should ever get the feeling that I can't go on.
I never believed in angels
Now I know you're guiding me on this road
And if some day my heart should sing
I'll know it came from the touch of your wings.
Steady me if I stumble
Walk me out, take my hand
When it's time for us to meet again. - INSTRUMENTAL
So forgive me my moments of weakness
You know I'm trying
And on the days I don't think I'll get through this
I'll remember your eyes and I'll look to the sky.
REPEAT CHORUS
The touch of your wings.
