Song Description

edging towards the minimalist works of the likes of Philip Glass but with a capacity for a more rock-oriented setting... something perhaps the "progressive rock/jazz"-oriented groups of the late 20th century might have produced...e.g.Frank Zappa, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, etc....you get the picture... but this is meant as an extension, another dimension of the genre, not nostalgic mimicry. there are percussion instruments featured in my music that are unique [cuz I made 'em] together with exotic instruments; in this case baglama (saz). having been influenced by the traditional music of both Turkey & South Korea, I occasionally use unusual time signatures...this one is in 15/8...yeah, a real foot-tapper!?
