Story Behind The Song
The Planet Suite 3rd Millennium was conceived as an idea long before computers made electronic music possible. The composer desired to achieve a suite completely different to Holst, with astrology as the main inspiration rather than Roman Gods. Ward also had the benefit of Pluto being discovered in 1930, some ten years after Holst presented his suite.
Song Description
Pluto, associated with nuclear energy is an insistent, unstoppable reaction that corresponds with evolution itself.
